Responsibilities

  • Procure and monitor the office items and office consumables.
  • Assist in day today administrative work of the company.
  • Answer the phone calls.
  • Answer queries by employees.
  • Update office policies as needed. Maintain the company leave calendar.
  • Handling employee insurance claims.
  • Schedule interviews and appointments.
  • Assist senior managers in day-to-day tasks.
  • Book meeting rooms as required.
  • Assist in organizing and executing company events.
  • Provide general support to visitors.


Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum of Certificate Course in HR/Admin or related field.
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures.
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proven work experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
