Job Description
The B2B Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. They will work to identify client needs and recommend solutions that align with company goals.
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities through research, networking and cold-calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors’ activities.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to generate leads and network with potential clients.
- Create and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts.
- Identify areas for improvement in the sales process and recommend solutions.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients.
Experience & Overview
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a healthcare/safety-related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in solution-based selling.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
- Familiarity with sales analytics and reporting.
