During this paid internship, you'll be learning the basics of creative designing in a real-world setting, working together with industry experts, and taking on live projects. This is a 6 months paid (USD 175/month) internship.
By the end of the internship, we expect that you would have gathered the skills and attitude required to work alongside the marketers, creative & motion designers, and growth hackers here at Surge to take your career forward and join our ranks.
What you'll be learning /Doing:
- Introduction to creative and motion design fields.
- Fundamentals of design.
- Developing logos, branding, social media content, illustrations, animations, and other types of creatives.
- Understanding client requirements and the ability to come up with creative ideas.
- Presenting creatives to internal and external parties.
- Introduction to creative project workflows at Surge.
- Cooperating and communicating with team members.
- Attention to detail.
General Requirements:
- Willingness to continuously learn new techniques to improve your knowledge in the field.
- Knowledge of design techniques, such as Prototyping.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Understanding visual elements.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
Specialized Requirements:
- Knowledge in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
