Work days -Monday - Friday

8.30 am- 5.30 pm


Responsibilities

  • Handling Customer Complaints
  • Answering phone calls in English and Sinhala.


Qualifications

  • At least 6 months experience in a call center.
  • Excellent English and Sinhala Communication skills.(Tamil is and added advantage)
