8.30 am- 5.30 pm
Responsibilities
- Handling Customer Complaints
- Answering phone calls in English and Sinhala.
Qualifications
- At least 6 months experience in a call center.
- Excellent English and Sinhala Communication skills.(Tamil is and added advantage)
