Responsibilities
- Participating in employee recruitment efforts & benefits tasks.
- Updating employee benefits, employee status & similar records.
- Maintaining records related to grievances, performance & disciplinary.
- Performing file audits to ensure the required employee documentation.
- Completing termination paperwork & assisting with exit interviews.
Qualifications
- Degree or Equivalent Qualification in Human Resources.
- Fresh Graduates who are looking for internships.
- Good at computer literate & communication skills in English.
- Excellent planning, monitoring, reporting & improving skills.
- Ability to maintain HR documents and databases.
