Position: Intern call center operation


Responsibilities

  • Inbound/outbound call handling for travel inquires
  • Respond to travel queries initiated through booking platforms
  • Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
  • Maintenance of the booking platforms & production of relevant information
  • Establish relationships with Travel Agents to promote business
  • Coordinate with the social media management team for promotional activities
  • Ability to initiate Digital marketing campaigns within targeted segments
  • Coordination with Travel Agents and maintaining relationships
  • Carry out market researches about emerging trends in the hospitality industry
  • Develop strategies to enhance bookings initiated from each channel

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Hospitality industry or related field
  • Good knowledge of CRM practices and systems.
  • Exposure in Digital marketing tools
  • Sound IT knowledge
  • Excellent communication and listening skills with good command of the English language.
