About the job

The Job

  • Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates
  • Conduct assessments for the shortlisted candidates (Manually and Automated)
  • Account creation in the system for the assessment center (if done by the system.)
  • Share the assessment scores for review from the system.
  • Conduct interviews when required
  • Carrying out reference checks of selected candidates
  • Assisting TA partners in other day-to-day work when required


The Person

  • Graduate or final year students are preferred (HR / BM Degree or HR-related Diploma)
