Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Intern to join our Project Management team. In this role, you will work alongside the project management team to assist with the planning, execution, and completion of various projects. Your responsibilities will include helping manage project timelines, organizing project meetings, creating project status reports, and providing administrative support to the project management team.
Responsibilities:
Aid in the planning, execution, and completion of multiple projects
Coordinate project meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes
Assist with the management of project timelines, tasks, and deliverables
Generate and maintain project status reports to track progress and identify issues
Provide administrative assistance to the project management team, such as scheduling and coordinating project activities
Help develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
Attend project team meetings and contribute to discussions on project progress, issues, and solutions
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Carry out other tasks as assigned by the project management team
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience with project management software (such as Asana, Trello, or Jira) is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
