Responsibilities
Be the primary point of contact to existing & potential customers
Build long-term relationships with clients
Follow up with clients, stakeholders, executives & internal teams until the job is completed
Promote new solutions to customers that use outdated systems
Develop strong relationships with business executives & stakeholders
Assisting customers through email, phone, presentations & meetings
Clear email communication & having everything communicated via email to clients, internal teams, stakeholders or business executives
Ensure timely & successful delivery of all promised services according to the client requirements
Have a clear picture of how the final product is going to be & communicate the same to the client
Prepare presentations to explain how our solutions work.
Communicate project progress to clients & top management to ensure that project milestones are achieved on a timely manner
Keep up to date with new technologies & find out ways of applying them to client requirements
Responsible for keeping existing clients satisfied & delivering exceptional services on a day to day basis
Responsible for working with Sales teams to onboard and acquire new customers
Handle business leads and make sure they turn into potential projects
