We are from InTalent Asia (Recruitment company). We are looking 'Marketing Executive' for a leading manufacturing Company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Continuously identify industry trends, Consumer trends & Competitor trends to develop and formulate Brand Strategies.
- Bringing in the consumer centric approach to all activities through consumer research and continues monitoring of consumer related trends.
- Developing and executing the marketing Mix, NPD and promotional calendar to achieve the annual Brand objectives.
- Coordinate with relevant departments on Demand Planning, NPD & Channel promotional activities
- Prepare and circulate monthly and quarterly information to superiors for decision making.
- Implementing brand related communication strategies working with the external agencies.
- Carry out consumer and market visits to further understand and develop tactical plans to address the gaps.
- Carry out post evaluations in all the Sales and Marketing activities executed.
- Carry out digital marketing activities on all social media platforms.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree in Marketing from a recognized University/ Institute.
- Professional qualifications in CIM and/or an MBA from a recognized University/ Institute.
- Minimum 4 years of working experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office Packages.
- Knowledge in Category and Finance Management will be an added advantage.
