- Seeking a candidate experienced in collaborating with USA clients, discussing IT requirements via Zoom/Teams, and must be adaptable to work in US / UK time zones.

- Proficiency in troubleshooting and configuring Fortinet, Sophos, Pfsense, TP-Link Omada, and Unifi Firewalls.
- Must be Proficient with all the Ubiquity Products Including Unifi & UNMS Platforms.
- Understanding / Design / Planning of all Ubiquity Product Networks.

- Install / Configure Ubiquity Devices and Systems.
- Resetting and troubleshooting

- Must have a good understanding of business networks/home networks and critical business networks.

- Basic Linux Knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 Years of experience in network design, troubleshoot,ing and device configurations with Remote Support.
- Fortinet NSE / CCNA.
- Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Network Administration.
- Azure / AWS Foundations
