Description
- Write “clean”, well-designed code
- Produce detailed specifications
- Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
- Follow industry best practices
- Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary
Requirements
- Strong experience in PHP with OOP programming concepts
- Very good understanding of cloud-based application development and deployment
- Experience in PHP Symfony framework is an added advantage
- Exposure to AWS (Amazon Web Services) stack is a plus
- Good knowledge in Docker and Docker-based application deployment strategies
- Past experience with Jenkins and to manage build pipelines with CI/CD
- Very good understanding in working with native SQL (Postgres/MySQL)
- Good working knowledge in Linux operating systems and Linux command line
- 3-8 years of experience in the industry
- BSc or better in Computer Science, Information Technology or related
