What you will do
Understand project deliverables and clearly define the scope of the project
Provide directions to the team and set the right expectations
Carryout project duration and effort estimations
Strategically plan team structure and staffing needs
Schedule activities and tasks and delegate effectively
Identify the unanticipated risks that may occur during the project and take risk-reduction actions
Effectively liaise with clients, the team and other stakeholders
Guide and mentor team members
What we expect
Bachelor's /Masters in Management/ Computer Science or a related field
2 - 4 years of industry experience in a similar capacity at a software development company
Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
Experience in working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
