Job Description
- Play a key role in Sales support and operations, regularly engaging with sales team, leadership team and diverse functions in the organization.
- Assist Sales Team to prepare sales proposals, prepare contracts, coordinate client meetings and follow-up on client meetings.
- Provide ongoing support for Sales Team on the actual execution of the sales processes.
- Provide tracking in terms of upcoming sales, upgrades, and pending issues.
- Follow up on sales related updates with Sales Team. Ensuring the tools are properly updated by the respective sales managers and all opportunities are correctly reflected in CRM and the forecasting.
- Ensure accuracy and transparency of Inivos internal CRM Data, enabling correct business decision-making.
- Ensure CRM is updated with a complete set of documents i.e., Proposals, signed contracts, Pricing, Purchase Orders, and other related documents.
- Constantly update sales information on Vendor CRM systems and coordinate with vendor representatives to update lead confirmations (IFS, Novacura, etc.)
- Engage in the sales meetings to present updates, taking notes of the action items and drive execution.
- Coordinate with other departments such as Consulting, Support, HR, Finance, and legal team throughout the sales process.
- Ensure CRM is updated with a complete set of documents i.e., Signed contracts, Pricing, Purchase Orders and other related documents.
- Assist the leadership team on business reviews and other management presentations as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors' degree or a professional qualification relevant to the job role.
- At least 1 year of experience with industry software such as HubSpot CRM, Freshsales, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Basic understanding of Software or ERP Sales process.
