We are looking for an HR manager to lead our team with a balanced approach. You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from staff interactions, grievance handling, and performance reviews to statutory aspects in the spectrum of HR be recruitment, wage reviews, disciplinary action, learning & development to employee motivation.
To perform well in this role, you should have a deep understanding and experience in people management and knowledge of all legal requirements within this domain.
Having work experience in an IT/ Tech related company will be ad added advantage.
Responsibilities
• Ability hunt and recruit quality staff using modern and conventional approaches.
• Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
• Training, counseling and guiding staff through sound presentation, and communication.
• Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
• Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
• Conducting performance and wage reviews Considering – industry, job role, market, value addition and regulations.
• Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness including Health and Safety.
• Proactively advise to management backed with accurate Information and reporting methods.
• Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
• Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
• Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or above in HR Management
Minimum 5 Years’ experience in a holding a senior HR Position.
Good Communication Skills – Especially English and Sinhalese with a modern perspective to HR
