Job Description

As a Showroom Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and driving sales growth. You’ll play a key role in developing customer relationships, identifying their needs and preferences, and recommending products that meet their requirements.

  • Engage with customers visiting the showroom, provide product information, and assist them in their buying decision.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers through excellent customer service, follow-ups, and personalized service.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products to meet their requirements.
  • Manage the sales process, from product presentation to closing the sale, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient showroom operations.
  • Ensure that the showroom is well-maintained, clean, and organized at all times.

Experience & Overview

  • At least 1 year of experience in a showroom or retail sales role.
  • Experience in selling medical/safety/fashion products is preferred.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • A passion for sales and an ability to close deals effectively.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and principles.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
