Experience : 3-5 Years
What we Expect
Holding a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or a related field
3-5 years Experience in creating UI UX for web, and mobile
Strong visual design sense to develop intuitive, hierarchical UX
Strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics
Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams to define user requirements
Excellent communication skills and being able to clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
Experience presenting to stakeholders, identifying underlying issues or gaps through discussions with stakeholders
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe suite
HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus
Responsibilities
Partner with product and engineering teams to translate business and users' goals into elegant but practical designs that can deliver on key business and user metrics
Design wireframes, limited prototypes, and final user interfaces with clearly defined markups and UX
Review existing UI components and layouts to identify or prioritize improvements, especially with regard to consistent UI, mobile and responsive design, and overall polish
Guide and mentor the UI UX Design team members
