Responsibilities
- Implement Wavenet solutions at customer premises and provide post-implementation support.
- Customer relationship management, issue management and resolution and providing operational support.
- Produce management reports on customer status and technical matters.
- Work independently with customers, maintaining regular communication to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Prerequisites
- BSc Degree in Engineering.
- Experienced in Telco VAS Domain will be an advantage.
- Experienced in Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS will be added advantages.
- A team player who is self-driven and works under pressure with good negotiation skills.
- 1-year experience in the telecom domain.
