We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Solutions Designer - .NET (Full stack). The selected candidate will report to the Practice Manager.

The Solutions Designer - .NET (Full stack) will be responsible for:
- Managing the development team at lead capacity and providing technical guidance to team members
- Architecture and design of complex solutions
- Participating in technical requirement gathering discussions and providing the right technical solutions for customers
- Providing input on technical proposals in Pre-Sales
- Resolving technical issues and providing support within given SLAs
- Driving high performance technical teams following industry best practices and productivity tools

The ideal candidate should possess:
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with a total of 8 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC/.NET CORE development, in which a minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role
- Exposure to serverless computing, Microservices and Containerization, Kubernetes is required
- Exposure to MS Azure Cloud Services and Application Development
- Experience in working with middleware technologies such as ESBs, Kafka, and mobile development technologies
- High proficiency and hands on experience in the following technologies will be an added advantage:
- Web Technologies – HTML5/CSS, Javascript, JQuery, Ajax, React, KendoUI, Telerik
- Enterprise Applications – Microservices, containers, service orchestration
- Backend Technologies – ASP.NET MVC/CORE, WebAPI , C#, Node.js
- Databases – MS SQL Server, Oracle, Non-Relational Databases (Elasticsearch, MongoDB)
