Our state-of-the-art facility in Homagama, Sri Lanka, is searching for an experienced and diligent Assistant Manager Quality. Responsibilities
- Ensure 100% accuracy in all tasks, utilizing effective time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Maintain Acceptable Quality Levels (AQL) as per customer requirements.
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with company goals.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets as per company requirement.
- Maintain an organized and clean production floor, ensuring proper storage of goods.
- Implement and uphold a disciplined environment among workers and staff.
- Train and develop multi-skilled workers, fostering a culture of morale, motivation, and positive attitudes.
- Oversee quality requirements and maintain high quality standards throughout the factory.
- Prepare and maintain all required reports for management.
- Handle reconciliation duties and submit relevant formats to management based on requirements.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Production; a Management Degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the Apparel/Hosiery/Knitting/Seamless industry.
- Proximity to Homagama area would be an added advantage.
