Job Description:
As a Call Agent at Phyxle, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls from new customers and effectively communicate the services offered by our company. You will be responsible for capturing their project requirements and persuasively presenting how Phyxle can meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from new customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Engaging with customers to understand their project requirements and business needs.
- Explaining the services and solutions provided by Phyxle and how they align with customer requirements.
- Collaborating with the sales and project teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and project initiation.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and project details in our CRM system.
Work Arrangement:
This position offers the flexibility of working from home. You will only be required to visit the office for meetings with our team if necessary, and transportation will be provided.
Salary:
In addition to the basic salary, you will have the opportunity to earn commissions based on the projects you successfully bring to the company.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English speaking and exceptional communication skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
