Job Description
What you'll be doing:
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support to our customers by troubleshooting, resolving issues, reporting, and working together with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
- Work on hosting projects (e.g. Developing effective cloud infrastructure, Migrations, Azure optimizations, housekeeping, enforcing good architectural principles, providing technical oversight, and ensuring security best practices are implemented and followed)
- Assist in the development and documentation of processes and procedures applicable to the Server System, and Support Center teams
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower human intervention on all tasks
Qualifications
What you'll bring:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Azure cloud infrastructure management and other related services.
- Understanding containerization services such as Docker & Kubernetes (e.g.: AKS)
- Solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of DNS, IIS, MSSQL, and other Microsoft services.
- Familiar with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, Zabbix, and scripting languages such as shell scripts, and PowerShell.
- Preferred requirements: Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g.: AZ 900, AZ 104)
