We’re looking for a Concierge Associate (Data Entry) to join our Customer Success team. The Concierge Associate is responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient data entry for our platform while also providing exceptional customer support to our valued clients. The role involves working closely with the rest of the Client Success teams (Client Implementation, Account Management, etc.) to ensure we create the best client experience possible. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, pro-active and looking to join a fast-growing technology company. The core value of the Customer Success team is being client-centric.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks, ensuring the integrity and quality of the data entered into our system
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their specific data entry needs and provide personalized assistance and guidance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams t streamline data entry workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest platform features and enhancements to effectively support clients and provide accurate data entry services
  • Collaborate with engineering & dev teams as necessary for issue resolution and product improvements
  • Adhere to company policies and guidelines regarding data security, privacy and confidentiality.


What You Bring

  • Highly detailed-oriented required for this role
  • Previous experience in data entry or related role, preferably within a SaaS Platform or technology company
  • Experience working with small / medium sized businesses (SMBs) is an asset
  • Proficiency in data entry software (Microsoft Office Suite) and tools, along with strong computer skills. CRM tools experience is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to translate technical concepts into easy to follow instructions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to empathize and put the customer at ease
