Responsibilities
- Provide creative direction and briefs for project proposals, content calendars, and campaigns.
- Produce content aligned with clients’ brand, aesthetic, and marketing strategy, including social media graphics, email templates, website banners, mood boards, flyers, brochures, and promotional artwork, encompassing static images, animations, GIFs, and video editing.
- Review client brand positioning and online marketing content for improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with design team members, copywriters, marketing, and project management.
- Maintain an organized project archive with up-to-date files.
- Utilize a basic understanding of digital marketing concepts for data-driven insights in the concept design process.
- Act as a developmental resource to other content team members through skill-sharing and collaboration.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the latest trends, strong design skills, and understanding of design principles (UI & UX).
Requirements
- Degree, Diploma, or professional qualification in a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of proven work experience as a Digital Designer or in a similar role.
- A portfolio of previous digital design work to showcase experience and creativity.
- Familiarity with Adobe tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc
- The ability to create wireframes and mockups with Adobe XD or Figma will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of Video editing tools such as Premium Pro etc.
