Chandler Personnel is a dynamic recruitment business specializing in temporary and permanent staffing solutions across various industries; including manufacturing, warehousing, aged care, dental, and agriculture.

With our client base growing and expanding across the country so is our internal team within Chandler. This has increased the workload for our existing team and has created a requirement for the Administration Support/Customer Service Representative to assist our internal team.

Role:

Your role is to support our client’s Australian operations after the close of business hours. The role is to:

  • Manage virtual reception for our client, handling inbound calls and emails
  • Address all associated admin tasks
  • Contribute to team efficiencies by accomplishing related tasks, as requested


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Attend to phone and email requests from candidates and clients
  • Allocating candidates to shifts based on client requests
  • Fill-in the vacant orders by contacting available candidates
  • Create placements, update client card and candidate card using client’s existing system
  • Complete candidate confirmations for client rosters
  • Complete tasks and email requirements in a timely manner
  • Ensure database is updated at all times
  • Assisting the Recruiters with reference checks and document follow-ups
  • Providing support to the Recruitment and Allocations team
  • General administration and data entry duties
  • Provide high levels of customer service


Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Virtual Assistance is highly favourable
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication
  • A bright and friendly phone manner
  • Ability to professionally engage with clients and candidates
  • Self-motivation and strong attention to detail
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to multitask
  • Ambition to grow within the organization
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new computer programs
  • Flexibility to work Monday-Sunday on a rotating roster between 16:45 -8:30am AEST on weekdays and 04:00am- 11:30pm AEST on weekends
  • Outgoing bubbly personality with a caring and can-do attitude


Requirements:

  • Own laptop plus a second monitor
  • Back up power systems/wifi data to accommodate power outages
