We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Front Office Manager to join Cinnamon Bey Beruwala. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner, with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in both Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Furthermore, the much-anticipated US$1 Billion - Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort is added to its portfolio, opening soon. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed Conglomerates in Sri Lanka.


The Front Office Manager will be responsible for the smooth and efficient day-to-day front desk operations of the hotel and ensure providing personalized and overall exceptional experience service to hotel guests. This role will provide necessary training to all personnel working front desk operations to ensure guest satisfaction, handle Guest Feedback, Social Media Reviews, and drive financial performance. 


In addition, you will be responsible for handling any guest complaints or contentious issues that cannot be settled directly by team members and providing necessary solutions. Furthermore, you will assign duties to Front Desk Staff and observe performance to ensure adherence to Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts standards, hotel policies, and established operating procedures.
