𝗔𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 Google Ads Specialist 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿:
– Adjust and optimize marketing campaigns/keywords and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions in order to hit ROAS targets as directed using feedback & input from Senior leadership
– Adjust and update ad assets and monitor campaigns.
- Working with the wider marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns.
- Implementing marketing & ad content campaigns working with the brand and marketing teams.
– Pull platform reporting to monitor campaign pacing and help keep campaign reports up to date.
- Keyword research and management to optimize bids (add PPC keywords and negative keywords)
- Optimize bidding at keywords, placement, device, geographic, demographic, and other levels
- Working with the Organic & Paid Media Teams to improve overall campaign performance and ROI.
- Producing high-engaging ad content and strategies.
𝗔𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 Google Ads Specialist 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:
- Experience in implementing strategic marketing campaigns within all google ads channels.
- Experience in eCommerce projects & Shopify eCommerce Marketing campaigns
- Experience in writing ad copies following brand guidelines.
- Set up campaigns, and optimize and maintain the account quality of Google ads account.
- Proven track record of managing KPIs and ROI effectively using bidding strategies focused on ROAS & CPA.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• Prior employment or strong internship experience in a similar role (3 years)
• Marketing agency or web design/development agency experience (3 years)
• Having Google ads certifications
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• General knowledge of marketing
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Degree in Business and/or Marketing
