 Responsibilities:

  1. Conceptualize and Create Visual Designs: Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to develop creative concepts and designs that align with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives. This includes designing graphics for various platforms such as print materials, digital media, social media, website assets, and more.
  2. Brand Identity Development: Take an active role in evolving and maintaining the company's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  3. Produce Compelling Marketing Collateral: Design visually stunning marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, presentations, and other promotional materials that effectively communicate our key messages and enhance brand visibility.
  4. Digital Design: Create eye-catching digital assets, such as social media graphics, email templates, web banners, and display ads, to drive engagement and improve our online presence.
  5. Website Graphics: Work closely with the web development team to design captivating website elements, landing pages, and user interface elements to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
  6. Illustration and Icon Design: Develop custom illustrations and icons that enhance our content and user interfaces, adding a unique touch to our brand.
  7. Image Editing and Retouching: Manipulate and enhance images to ensure high-quality visuals that align with our brand aesthetics and campaign requirements.
  8. Stay Updated on Design Trends: Keep abreast of the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies, and apply them to design projects to ensure the company remains visually competitive and modern.
  9. Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with the creative team, marketing, and other departments to present ideas, gather feedback, and execute design projects effectively.


Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout design.
  • Excellent eye for detail and ability to deliver high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of web design and UI/UX principles is a plus.
  • A passion for design and a strong desire to continuously improve and learn new design techniques.
