Haulmatic is a Digital Supply Chain company that offers a wide range of features and tools that can help businesses to streamline their transportation operations. These include load & route optimisation, quoting, negotiations, freight contracting, scheduling, monitoring through a control tower, invoicing, invoice auditing, and reporting (RFQ to Quote to Cash process, across the platform).

We are currently seeking dynamic individuals to spearhead the implementation process of the HaulMatic platform and work closely with our valued customers and help them realise their goals.

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding and mapping the business processes of the customers from various industries
  • Identifying potential gaps between user requirements and platform capabilities
  • Discovering opportunities where our platform can generate cost savings for our customers
  • Communicate effectively with all audiences including senior leaders of the organisations
  • Providing user training and ongoing support

  • Strong analytical skills to dissect complex problems and identify effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure
  • A passion for learning and adapting to diverse business environments


Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • CIMA Qualification (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or Google Workspaces tools
  • 1-2 Years experience in a challenging business environment
  • Experience in consulting or related field is a plus
