Business Analyst Intern will be responsible for assisting the business analysts in gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements, as well as supporting project planning and coordination.
What will you do?
- Assist the business analysts in gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements for various projects
- Conduct research and analysis to support the development of business cases and project plans
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure project timelines are met
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
- Support project management activities, including project scheduling, risk management and issue tracking
- Help develop training materials and user guides for new systems and processes
- Participate in project team meetings, providing updates on project status and identifying potential risks and issues
- Provide support to the business analysts and project managers as needed
What skills and experience do you need?
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
