Digital Health (Pvt) LTD is a growing digital healthcare platform backed by Dialog Axiata PLC and operates under the Doc990 brand which connects the digital health ecosystem in the country. Doc990 offers a range of digital health-related services to its customers including doctor channeling facility at main hospitals & channeling centers across the country, video & audio doctor consultation, medicine delivery, lab services, and many more through the newly relaunched Doc990 mobile app & www.doc.lk website. We are on the lookout for self-motivated, enthusiastic, and hardworking individuals with excellent interpersonal and technical skills to join our expanding Doc990 team to play a challenging role.
Responsibilities
- Plays a supporting role to the account managers to close new business deals by coordinating business & operational requirements.
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, and discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Liaise with Operations Management teams and ensure healthy business relationships with existing business partners.
- Liaise with partners and the finance team for outstanding collections and ensure timely payments for the services provided.
- Responsible for organizing marketing campaigns with stakeholders, ensuring brand visibility in stakeholder locations, liaising with the marketing team to coordinate stakeholder-related promotions to drive digital behavior.
Qualifications
- Fully or partially qualified in CIM/CIMA/ACCA or Business Management Degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Sinhala & English and Tamil would be an added advantage.
- Team-player with the ability to work collaboratively across functions in a fast-paced environment.
