Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information promptly and accurately.
Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department.
Monitor customer feedback and identify recurring issues to propose effective solutions.
Support sales team by processing orders, generating quotations, and following up on potential leads.
Help create and maintain customer documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications
Diploma or NVQ level 4 in IT
Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work under minimum guidance
Support in IT procurement
