Primary Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

  • Assist Product Management team in delivering analysis, insights and strategy to drive direction of a product and/or service, possibly including, but not limited to product: positioning, value proposition, segmentation, pricing, market share review, conducting market research, and product requirements.
  • An analytical problem solver that enjoys generating ideas, but is equally committed to seeing them through, designing and implementing plans that transform those ideas into tangible results.
  • Conduct long and short-term data analysis with a focus on increasing productivity, lowering fixed and variable costs, and improving customer experience
  • Collaborate with Product Engineering, Sales and Marketing, other SBU’s and strategize to build short and long-term unconstrained demand forecasts.
  • A continuous improvement mindset that constantly seeks opportunities to do things more efficiently; works with stakeholders/leaders to improve relevant business processes
  • Monitor and track social medial ad campaign data, optimizing ads based on performance.
  • Plan and run targeted social media messaging (across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube) to drive client engagement and lead generation.


Qualifications and Skills required:

  • An undergraduate student in Business Science, Engineering, Data Science or business discipline is strongly preferred
  • Strong product-oriented quantitative and statistical analysis skills, communicating results and insights to cross-functional partners.
  • Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills along with a service mindset.
  • Strong team player and ability work with global teams.
  • Strong interest in learning and implementing new technologies.
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills with an ability to visualize processes and outcomes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
