Responsibilities
• Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their concerns
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new Services/ Products
• Meeting weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions/conferences
Qualifications
• 3+ years of IT sales experience.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent phone and presentation skills (Ability to create and deliver presentations)
• Ability to negotiate and understand of marketing skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
