Job Scope
- Continuous monitoring of factory operations
- Plan maintenance activities in advance and execute
- Plan ahead and Lead the team to perform the activities within the planned downtimes
- Identify faults and take remedial actions
- Guide the team and provide leadership to rectify the faults
- Continuous monitoring of the rectification process and making sure the systems are back in operation
- Report to the management on progress and completion of rectification and RCA
Qualification
- NDT with at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- A self-motivated employee who should be able to work with minimum supervision.
