We are particularly looking for fresh graduates, who want to build their careers in Global Tech Talent Acquisition.


What is in it for you?

  • Duration: 12 Weeks, which can be extended based on performance
  • Stipend of $100 (in local currency) for at least 20 CVs per month (minimum achievement) + $2.4 for every CV approved from there. No Cap to earning potential.

What are we looking for?

  • Fresh graduates or 0-1 year experience, preferably currently studying courses in HR/ engineering.
  • Solid skills in using office tools, Google Suites, and good communication skills
  • Individuals who want to build things from scratch and love dealing with ambiguity
  • The mindset of curiosity, by wanting to learn above and beyond their job description
  • Want to expand their working horizons beyond the local market only, and work with Global teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication (English)
  • Identifying and attracting suitably qualified talents for Tech positions
  • Talent pipelining and including future talent identification
  • Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong communicator with good command of written and verbal English
