A leading solar company based in Colombo is looking for a Sales Executive!
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in Sales
- Highly self-motivated individual with an ambitious attitude to achieving targets.
- Should possess excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in the solar, and product selling is preferable with a solid network of industry contacts.
- Passion and the attitude for self-development and growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication + strong interpersonal and influencing skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to maximize revenue growth.
- Lead the sales team by setting clear sales objectives, providing guidance, and monitoring performance.
- To present sales reports to the management, provide them with monthly sales forecasts, plan future action plans, and to recommend ways to improve the sales by designing the new sales policies
- Conduct market research/surveys to understand market/customer requirements, business opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with the group and external clients
- Generate leads, and sales plans and coordinate potential projects with relevant industry professionals
