RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Perform the system administration and maintenance on local or remote locations regularly.
  • Break-fix on various of in-house developed and Ansell approved external systems.
  • Execute technology successfully by minimal downtime as well as disruption.
  • Work with global or local plant engineering to ensure manufacturing technology is suitably deployed and used to deliver applications along with technology solutions.
  • Involve actively in teams of cross functional project to assist solve problems inclusive of different technologies straddling multiple work groups.
  • Support install applications for system production and test to ensure maximum support through applying best practices.
  • Evaluate and recommend necessary changes in performance tuning, infrastructure design and monitoring.
  • Conduct user training regularly and adhere to the global training calendars.
  • Response to IT monitoring alerts and apply remediation with the SLA.
  • Ensure the IT inventory and assets are trackable and match to Finance’s records.
  • Ensure the plants data communication uplinks is always high availability (24 x 7).
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and telephony issues.
  • Assist in documenting current hardware and network environments, including servers, PCs, IT security and network systems, video conferencing and telephony.
  • Perform regular help desk and desktop support activities.
  • Research, analyze, and assist in developing documentation and new processes and procedures collaboratively with Director of Infrastructure.
  • Assist in plan design, hardware implementation, software, network and telephony capabilities


Compliance with EHS standards

  1. Maintain compliance with all internal and external EHS rules, regulations and other Risk Management requirements.
  2. Actively use the safety calendar (or contribute to the activities prescribed in the supervisor’s/manager’s calendar) as an accountability tool to measure safety performance and to promote the development of an EHS culture.
  3. Follow the requirements of the 5-point safety charter.


Compliance with QMS system

  • Ensure that processes are delivering their intended outputs with complying to the ATL-QMS & responsible to implement, maintain & continuous development in relevant processes in accordance with ATL-QMS.


Communication

  • Make sure all employees are aware of basics tools of lean.
  • Give a feed back to teams through effective communication methods.
  • Keep Lean Manager up dated with the progress of lean implementation and its benefits continuously.


REQUIREMENTS

  • B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in Senior Executive Level
  • Minimum of 3 years in Hyper-V
  • Strong grasp in Microsoft 365
  • Understanding of NAS and NAS to cloud configurations
  • Minimum of 3 years in On-Premises Active Directory
  • Experience in SolarWinds will be an added advantage
  • Familiar with System Center Configuration Manager, Dell Auto Pilot, Print Management, File Server
  • Good understanding of general networking & cyber security
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes and open IT ticketing tool
  • Expert grasp of supporting Windows 7-11, Mac OS, Android and iOS, Windows Servers.
  • Understanding of virtual and bare metal backup as well as High Availability solutions
  • Experience with endpoint, MDM packaged solutions such as Microsoft InTune
  • Experience with end-point management solutions such as Quest KACE, WSUS, Microsoft SCCM
  • Experience supporting conferencing and video conferencing solutions
  • Ability to support and resolve a wide range of daily technical issues; eagerness to investigate and learn new technologies
  • Extremely well-developed organizational, time management, and analytical skills

  • Be amicable, proactive and collaborative in a team environment, but be sufficiently self-motivated to work alone, with minimum supervision, and continue to support the “global” view of Information Technology
  • Be able to adapt and work effectively in various work situations
  • Requires good verbal and written communications skills, particularly the ability to communicate IT requirements and issues with non-IT audiences
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Ability to work off-hours as needed for IT projects
  • Be able to organize and prioritise workload.
  • Be able to work within a team, facilitating team interaction.
  • Be willing to work outside of core-hours when the need arises.
