Job Description

Junior Executive Application Support is responsible for providing effective and efficient support for resource reservations and management operations.

The candidate must be willing to work on a shift basis to provide support to Rizing global workforce.


Responsibilities

1) Provide excellent technical assistance and support for incoming queries.

2) Understand and analyze internal customer requirements while ensuring the appropriate remedial action is taken.

3) Track inquiry resolution progress and proactively inform internal customers with status updates or resolution if queries cannot be resolved on initial interaction.

4) Recognize and escalate recurring problems with relevant stakeholders.

5) Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems independently.

6) Continuously develops knowledge on available applications in order to serve customers better.

7) Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when required by the management.


Qualifications

- Relevant Degree or recognized equivalent Professional qualification.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications.

- Prior work experience in a Customer Support / Help Desk Role.

- Good analytical and problem resolving skills.
