Applova is a rapidly growing tech company that allows restaurants to take their business mobile with a customized order-ahead app, web ordering and self-ordering kiosks. This revolutionary mobile store app allows restaurants to be visible to customers at all times, stand out from the competition and cultivate customer loyalty. Not only can the solution be a stand-alone app, but also an all-in-one hardware/software point-of-sale kiosk that allows business to process more orders in less time and integrates with all of the top payment integration partners.
Responsibilities:
- Elicitate customer requirements and document them
- Gain in depth product knowledge and be a product and domain expert
- Play a consultative role in pre-sales with the attitude to win
- Gather, clarify, analyze and validate requirements for product development
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to complete successful feature roll-outs
- Contribute to the product roadmap
- Conduct Product trainings to customers and internal teams
Required skills and experience:
- Degree in IT, Engineering or equivalent
- 1 - 2 years of business analysis experience
- Can do attitude and a go-getter
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Understanding of REST/HTTP/SOAP and JSON
- Experience in working with SaaS products and APIs
- Ability to think on feet, good analytical and problem solving skills which help to formulate solutions
- Exposure to design thinking will be an advantage
- Having previous experience in project coordination will be an added advantage
