Job Responsibilities
This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial-focused position. This key engineering role is expected to design, develop, deliver, and support software solutions and collaborate with other key team members in Design, Engineering, Product Management, and various Customer and Stakeholder roles. You must be comfortable and effective as an engineering team player in our dynamic and fast-paced environment. Our culture encourages experimentation and favours agile and rapid iteration over the pursuit of immediate perfection. We are flexible and supportive of remote work arrangements.
Specific responsibilities:
- Work closely with the stakeholders of the business to translate requirements into interactive prototypes
- Develop scalable, responsive, and cross-platform UI solutions using HTML, CSS, and ReactJS
- Assist the product delivery team with implementations
- Ensure that established design standards are consistently and appropriately applied within design work
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
- At least 6 months prior experience working in a related field
- Proficiency in designing interfaces and building interactive prototypes using Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, etc.
- Proficiency in designing tools, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies and best practices.
- Knowledge in A/B testing and user designing testing.
- A portfolio demonstrating UI/UX proficiency and an understanding of design practices.
- A great attitude, collaborative spirit and openness to giving and receiving feedback.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Knowledge of agile development process.
