Job Overview:
Frostaire is seeking dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executives for both Corporate and Dealer Channels, as well as a Showroom Executive to join our expanding team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with corporate clients, dealers, and expanding our presence in the market. The Showroom Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring a delightful customer experience for clients visiting our showroom.
Responsibilities:
Business Development Executive - Corporate and Dealer Channels:
- Identify potential corporate clients and dealers in the assigned territory and establish meaningful business relationships.
- Promote Frostaire's products and services to potential clients, highlighting their features and benefits effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and objectives.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities and stay ahead in the industry.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, progress, and performance to the sales manager.
Business Development Executive - Showroom Executive:
- Greet and welcome customers visiting the showroom, ensuring a positive and engaging customer experience.
- Provide detailed information about Frostaire's products, technical specifications, and pricing to potential buyers.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and product-related questions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Guide customers through the selection process, making appropriate product recommendations based on their needs.
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate documentation of customer information and transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve showroom sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or Sales Executive in the air conditioning industry is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in both Sinhalese and English.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and drive revenue growth.
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve individual and team targets.
- Knowledge of air conditioning systems and products is preferred but not mandatory.
- A valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory when required.
