Position - Content Specialist

We are looking for a Content Specialist who can help us create technical content, documentation, tutorials, and code samples.
You should have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in an environment where there are many competing priorities.
You should be able to maintain consistency across all marketing materials while also being able to adapt quickly based on feedback from internal stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a marketing or communications role within an IT company or in the tech industry generally, but we are also willing to train the right person if they have the necessary aptitude for this position.
Responsibilities
The Content Specialist is responsible for creating engaging, interesting content that will appeal to our audience and drive traffic to our website. This position requires strong copywriting skills and an understanding of marketing trends across social media platforms (i.e. LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
The Content Specialist will report directly to the Creative Director and work closely with other members of the media team to ensure consistency in message across all channels.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven track record as a writer with excellent grammar skills
- written skills in English are a must, with proven technical writing working experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Prior experience working in a marketing or communications role
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Knowledge of social media marketing strategies (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)
- Experience writing blog posts, tutorials, guides, API docs, and sample apps
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
- Experience with Blockchain, Web3, DAPs & NFT is a plus
University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred. Strong attention to detail and excellent teamwork skills.
