Position - Digital Marketing Specialist

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn platforms for clients from the US, Australia, Canada & Singapore. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique business goals and deliver data-driven solutions that drive leads, conversions, and revenue.


Responsibilities

Client Strategy and Planning:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the client's business objectives.
  • Conductthoroughresearchandcompetitiveanalysistoidentifyopportunities and tailor strategies to each client's specific industry and target audience.


Campaign Management and Execution:

  • Set up, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Develop engaging ad copy and landing pages to drive maximum engagement and conversions.
  • Monitorcampaignperformanceandbudgets, making data-driven adjustments to achieve optimal results.


Data Analysis and Optimization:

  • Analyzecampaigndataandkeyperformancemetricstoidentifyareasfor improvement and implement optimization strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audience segments, and landing pages to improve campaign performance continuously.
  • Provideactionableinsightsandregularperformancereportstoclients, demonstrating the value and impact of our campaigns.


Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

  • ImplementCROstrategiestoincreasetheconversionrateofclients'websites and landing pages.
  • Analyze user behavior and website performance to identify conversion bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboratewiththewebdevelopmentanddesignteamstocreateandtest impactful CRO experiments.


Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience as a Performance Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role within a digital marketing agency.
  • Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads certifications.
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with a demonstrable track record of achieving outstanding results for clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
  • Proficient in using analytics and reporting tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach with a passion for staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
