Education/ Experience and Skill Requirement

  • Willingness to work in the UK shift
  • Bachelor of Business Management or related field (marketing, computing, business and information technology)
  • Over three years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Strong HTML and CSS skills and a sound understanding of current email marketing concepts, trends, strategies and best practices
  • Experience in marketing automation using simple and interactive customer journey creation, creating automated campaigns and setting up automated scheduling
  • High level of experience working with marketing automation software (for e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Pardot, Oracle Eloqua and Act-On)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and an ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A solution-oriented individual with a high sense of attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency
  • Knowledge/interest in capital markets, funds and asset management will be an advantage


Responsibilities

  • Create highly engaging and responsive email or landing page layouts, following best design practices such as above-the-fold call-to-action (CTA) placement
  • Help create region or business unit-specific dynamic content blocks for common components such as headers, footers and sign-offs
  • Assist with HTML, CSS and/or AMP scripting to provide dynamic content for personalisation, static segments and lists; test and review built emails and execute the distribution workflow
  • Set up and maintain preference centre pages to manage subscriptions
  • Ensure that the email functionality works within a variety of browsers and devices
  • Develop and execute detailed test strategies and test plans before launching complex marketing campaigns
  • Follow stringent processes to ensure responsiveness, multi-client rendering and error-free HTML code in all email assets
  • Schedule timely and accurate mass emails by ensuring that contacts are mapped to respective tool fields and maintaining an up-to-date contact list
  • Execute A/B testing for emails and multivariate testing for landing pages to increase lead generation
  • Adhere and maintain internal naming conventions of digital assets, maintain a well-organised email marketing workflow and document newly developed procedures
  • Create and develop benchmarks, reports, visually engaging presentations and dashboard views; report on variances as needed; identify top-performing segments; and provide analyses of marketing campaign performance
  • Optimise email campaigns by checking content accuracy, ensuring consistency and clarity, troubleshooting issues and assessing potential risks
  • Analyse relevant metrics and campaign results to identify improvement opportunities and facilitate decision making; communicate insights and suggestions to other teams and management in a timely manner
