Join our dynamic team to craft captivating courses and shape the future of corporate training.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather accurate content
- Ensure instructional design principles are applied to eLearning materials
- Research and edit content for online courses and games targeted at adult learners
- Design online courses using Articulate products, including Storyline (training provided)
- Coordinate and liaise with translators and designers
- Maintain project documentation and update content as needed
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools and LMS platforms
- Highly proficient in English and Sinhala
- Detail-oriented and research-driven
- Minimum of 1-year experience in content creation, with a preference for candidates with experience writing for websites, social media, and video content
