Position - Executive Secretary
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinating and preparing materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Facilitating seamless communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Conducting research and preparing reports as needed.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of company events.
- Providing general administrative support to the executive team.
