RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Aligning HR strategies and initiatives with overarching business strategies.
· Overseeing a rigorous recruitment and selection process.
· Collaborating with the Training & Development Manager to shape a robust Learning & Development strategy.
· Leading the deployment of a Human Resource Information System across the business unit.
· Fostering business growth through the development, engagement, and retention of human capital.
· Cultivating a positive working environment and fostering a strong company culture.
· Overseeing the Performance Management Process.
· Creating competitive compensation and benefits plans.
· Reporting HR metrics to guide management decisions.
· Ensuring consistent legal compliance in human resource management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or a related field, or a Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management.
· At least 5 years of leadership experience in Human Resources at a reputed organization.
· Solid understanding of labor legislation.
· Superior communication skills.
· Demonstrable leadership and negotiation skills.
· Proven ability to cultivate positive employee relations.
