As an Application Support Intern, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our software applications and enhancing user experience. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with our support team, developers, and clients, learning valuable skills in troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving.


The Role:

  • Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues reported by users.
  • Collaborate with senior support engineers to provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Learn about our software applications' architecture, functionalities, and integrations.
  • Document and track support requests using ticketing systems.
  • Communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical users.
  • Participate in testing software updates and enhancements before deployment.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and support documentation.
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills.
  • Assist in monitoring application performance and stability.


The Profile:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Strong interest in application support and technical troubleshooting.
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages and web technologies (e.g., Java, HTML, CSS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
