The Job
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.
- Proficiently use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to create reports, presentations, and other HR-related documents.
- Actively participate as a valuable team member, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve HR and organizational objectives.
The Person
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation creation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving ability with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
